The Country Club of Farmington has developed a reputation for high quality food and service. Our current goal is to further increase the level of food and beverage operations at the club. The first step in this process is to attract, train and develop a staff that is enthusiastic and professional.

There are two main attractions at the Country Club of Farmington. The first is golf, and the second is a world class dining program. As we move into a new era of operations, food and beverage services will continue to be the cornerstone of our success.

The key to being a successful member of the food and beverage team is attitude. As a management team we focus more on personality and character than on your past experiences.

We believe that the skills required for the job can be taught and that a positive professional demeanor is inherent to the individual.

As a member of the food and beverage team you will have multiple responsibilities. From a la carte service, small functions, large functions, weddings to club events and golf outings, our staff is always flexible and willing to face the various challenges that each day brings.
